Occasional rain may occur over some parts of Northern Luzon on Wednesday, Aug. 26, state weather agency PAGASA said. In its 5 p.m. bulletin Tuesday, Aug. 25, Pagasa said the Southwest Monsoon is now affecting the Ilocos region. For Wednesday, it said "occasional rain" is expected over Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Pangasinan and La Union.
