Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids, are They Healthy for You

Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids (PUFA) are a fatty acid that has more than one double bond in the carbon chain. They"re unsaturated because they"re missing out on what saturated fatty acid have - hydrogen atoms. By not having hydrogen atoms, this makes the bonds incomplete.
