The Social Security System (SSS) together with the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Philippine Health Insurance (PhilHealth), and Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) signed a manifesto for the promotion of adequate social services and protection for elderly Filipinos during during a social protection forum for the elderly held on October 07 in celebration of Elderly Filipino Week.
