We use phrase "peanuts" to associate with little value or little money. We say "it means peanuts to me", or "it costs peanuts" or "working for peanuts". But definitely health benefits of peanuts should not mean peanuts to you. Peanuts or commonly known as groundnuts are leguminous plant.
